This Thesis objectives are 1. To study the success of local leaders involving in managing the work of prathumtani provincial administrative organization and nonthaburi province. 2. To study the managing role of local leaders of prathumtani provincial administrative organization and nonthaburi province. 3. To study the involvement of local leaders in managing the work of prathumtani provincial administrative organization and nonthaburi province and 4. To study obstacles and problems affecting the role of local leaders in managing the work of prathumtani provincial administrative organization and nonthaburi provincial administrative organization. This thesis is a qualitative thesis which collects information from relevant documents and in-depth interviews with key personal which give vital information, using unstructured questionnaire along with uninvolved observation. The sample group consists of Chairman or Vice Chairman or Provincial Administrative Organization, Cheif executive or PAO, Deputy or Vice Deputy Governor of the PAO, Head of the Department of PAO, Members of the PAO council, and PAO workers. The researchers have analyzed the information and associate the gathered information to create coordination of the results in order to find the conclusion for answering the question of this research. The thesis has found that:
1. The success of the involvement of local leaders in the area of policies, visions, missions, strategies and objectives help support the leaders in achieving the missions, goals and objectives that were set which also help the government sectors to plan and manage manpower both in terms of quantity and quality.
2. In managing the involvement of leaders which emphasized in the human resource within the provincial administrative organization which is as important as salary. Motives will help push the employee to work effectively to help combating to challenging role that are given to them and also give them initiative and commitment to succeed in their work and thus such information would be used to help them achieve better career goals.
3. The involvement of the leaders in managing the organization should focus on the leaders who have knowledge, abilities which will help them work effectively which will give the employee confidence and stability of their work in the future. They will also be ready to let the organization to look after their career path which result in lack of the fear of their livelihood thus happy working environment.
These suggestions have found that the majority of high ranking managers give work to their next inline sub-ordinates and when the managers order them to work, most of the time the authority to give out orders and authority to make decision should go together, the leaders should know how to properly give out orders which is handing out work continuously and make decisions. Please note that the leaders, the subordinates and colleagues all play important roles in the satisfaction of their work. Bad leadership could be the number one reason that results in the absents and resignations. The employee confidence in their leader’s ability has a direct link to the satisfaction of their work especially when the leaders treat their subordinates with respect and look out for their benefits, in addition, the satisfaction in their work will increase resulting in making the employee more enthusiastic and have better work attitude, these will help the organization to succeed and help the leaders in managing the organization.
