Abstract
To work in organizations. Dhamma for the executives can not make the organization survive.Workers' co-operation is also an important part of an organization, both of which must be disciplined in order to achieve success and the goal that everyone. The Four principles virtuous existence of the executives in the organization is the mental instability will make the people living a better life.
