การจัดการภูมิทัศน์เสียงเชิงสร้างสรรค์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาวะในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน: บนฐานอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมและความยั่งยืน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพและบทบาทของภูมิทัศน์เสียงในการสร้างประสบการณ์การท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาวะในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน วิเคราะห์การจัดการและการอนุรักษ์ภูมิทัศน์เสียงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาวะอย่างยั่งยืนในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน และเสนอแนวทางการจัดการภูมิทัศน์เสียงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่สนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาวะบนฐานอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมและ
ความยั่งยืนของพื้นที่ การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีเชิงคุณภาพภายใต้แนวคิดเชิงตีความ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกตภาคสนาม และการบันทึกสภาพแวดล้อมทางเสียง จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 20 คน ประกอบด้วยนักท่องเที่ยว ประชาชนท้องถิ่น ผู้ประกอบการ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงหัวข้อแบบตีความ (Interpretive Thematic Analysis)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความเงียบและเสียงธรรมชาติ เช่น เสียงลม เสียงน้ำไหล และเสียงนกร้องมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการสร้างความรู้สึกสงบ ผ่อนคลาย และการฟื้นฟูทางอารมณ์ของนักท่องเที่ยว ขณะที่เสียงวัฒนธรรมชาติพันธุ์ เช่น เสียงกลองมองเซิง เสียงบทสวดแบบไทใหญ่ และเสียงดนตรีพื้นบ้าน สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ ความทรงจำร่วม และวิถีชีวิตของชุมชน นอกจากนี้ ภูมิทัศน์เสียงมีบทบาทต่อการสร้างประสบการณ์การท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาวะผ่านกระบวนการรับรู้และการสร้างความหมายของผู้คน โดยสุขภาวะที่เกิดขึ้นไม่ได้เป็นผลจากเสียงเพียงอย่างเดียว หากเกิดจากปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้คน กิจกรรม และบริบทของพื้นที่ร่วมกัน อย่างไรก็ตาม ภูมิทัศน์เสียงของจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอนกำลังเผชิญความเปลี่ยนแปลงจากการท่องเที่ยวร่วมสมัยและกิจกรรมเชิงพาณิชย์ ส่งผลให้เสียงดั้งเดิมบางส่วนเริ่มลดบทบาทลง และยังพบข้อจำกัดด้านการจัดการเสียงและการบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานในระดับพื้นที่
ข้อค้นพบสะท้อนว่า ภูมิทัศน์เสียงไม่ได้เป็นเพียงองค์ประกอบของสภาพแวดล้อมทางเสียง แต่เป็นทรัพยากรด้านสุขภาวะ วัฒนธรรม และความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมที่มีบทบาทต่อการสร้างความหมายและประสบการณ์การท่องเที่ยวของผู้มาเยือน การพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาวะจึงควรให้ความสำคัญกับการอนุรักษ์มรดกเสียงท้องถิ่น การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และการจัดการภูมิทัศน์เสียงอย่างสมดุล เพื่อสนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
