The Transformation of “Knowledge” in Travelogue in 1997-2017

Abstract
This study examines the transformation of "knowledge" in Thai society through the travelogue in late twenty-first century The potential to regulate travel knowledge has shifted from the government and capitalists to individuals during the 2000s. Independent travelers have created "traveler identity" in order to temporarily leave their own safe zone and create a variety of experiences, while also assembling "entrepreneurial self," which promotes consideration of thoughts, identities, and emotions among travelers. This special knowledge not only occurs throughout the journey, but it also becomes knowledge that directs their own journal life.
