The Effects of Using Buddha-Dhamma for Stress Therapy in High-risk Pregnant Women

Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of using Buddha-Dhamma for stress therapy in high-risk pregnant women. The sample group was selected from 30 high-risk pregnant women who use the antenatal care service in Srisangwornsukhothai hospital. The purposive sampling method was applied for the sample group. The tools used consisted of Buddha-Dhamma for stress therapy course and evaluation of stress analysis from department of mental health. The data was analyzed using dependent samples t-test. The finding indicated that the high-risk pregnant women got lower stress after using Buddha-Dhamma was statistically significant at 0.05 level
