Abstract
It is the most interests on abuse to lifestyle right in Thai society, because of that not coming from violence or a force power, but this abuse is justified by reasons of rehabilitation, relief and citizens’ progress, under the word of “development,” in the junta regime. This paper explores the violence of developmental into lifestyle right cause of the emerging people movement who have struggled for previous lifestyle to restore in name of “Kon Lak Ban Kerd” group.
