Abstract

A study on the impact of changes in the community ecosystem structure in Ao Udom area, Chonburi province. The results of the study consisted of two parts: (1) an analysis of the change in ecosystem structure; It consists of the economic, social and environmental ecosystem structure. (2) Analyze the impact of changes in the ecosystem structure. on the part of the change in the structure of the economic ecosystem In relation to the structure of goods and services in Ao Udom community, it was found that seafood products from small fishing boats tended to decrease. Seaside restaurant services remain, however, after restaurants shut down 80 percent of the area. The chicken farm was reduced. Processed seafood products are received from other sources. Consumers have cautious spending behaviors. Banks and other commercial financial services come to open the service to the people in the area a lot. There are many latent populations from employment outside the area. The current economic climate bears a halt. The business shut down a lot. Changes in the structure of social ecosystems, The traditional educational structure consisted of only primary schools, there are currently full schools from kindergarten to high school due to the growing population. The public health structure, Small hospitals expanded to medium-sized hospitals. There are many service users. Service was delayed. Religious organizational structure used to consist of only temples, now there are both Buddhists, Christians and Muslims. There is a constitution for the Ban Ao Udom community but the problem of violence in society is increasing. The changes in the ecological structure of the environment, oil refineries began to expand, causing pollution in the area. There is much more container transportation by land than before. The seashore found contaminants in the water. Less beach area due to deep sea port barriers. Community forests were replaced by industrial plants, noise, air pollution and odors from garbage. The impact of the change in the ecosystem structure found that fishermen were affected by the development of Laem Chabang Port. Loss of income approximately 300,000 baht to 360,000 baht per year per person. The Statute of Ban Ao Udom Community was officially announced. There is a systematic fusion between the industrial sector and the traditional local community, forming a small civic council. For the marine environmental problems, there is an increasing amount of marine debris . The impact of industrial development in the area has resulted in the expansion of communities and buildings in both coastal and marine areas.
