Abstract

this objectives ofthis study was to investigate the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship andjob satisfaction, measured the level of corporate entrepreneurship environment and job satisfaction. The sample consisted of 450 M.B.A. 's student who's attended the class ofInnovation and Change management and possessed the knowledge ofintrapreneurs hip. Inferential statistic usedfor testing hypotheses was Pearson's correlation coefficient.

The findings sho·wed that the sample's perceptions lvere agreed with the cOlporate entrepreneurship environment in management support, autonomy/work discretion, reward/reinforcernent and organizational flexible bondaries factors. The last factor, time availability was scored as not sure. The overall job satisfaction was rated as satisfaction. The results of hypotheses testing found that there there were significant positive correlation betlveenfive factors of Corporate entrepreneurship and overalljob satisfilctioll.

This study concluded that in order to reinforce the corporate entrepreneurship environment and enhancejob satisfilction the organization must provide support and strengthen for all factors of corporate entrepreneurship environment. And from empirical analysis showed that enforcement are currently.
