Means and Ways of Funding through Financial Market for Local Administration Office

Abstract

The turmoil from political conilict in Thailand during the period of 2007 to 2009 requires investigation from a multidisciplinary point of view in order assist in making the country at one and with greater stability. The difference between urban and rural development is believed to be one of the causes. This research confirms the evidence on the inequality ofincome distribution in Thailand. For more than a decade, the increasing roles of the local administration office have not been able to rely only on the allocated budget from the government, as community projects have not been able to be achieved. This policy research, combining finance and law/suggests the issuance of financial tools and municipal bonds or administrative office bonds. These bonds are expected to be useful for the development of rural areas.
