Innovational Organization: Adaptation of public sector in the next decade

Abstract

This article studied the innovational organization in the public for the next decade. The research employed survey and in-depth interview with human resource managers in both public and private sectors.

The result showed that (1) the public sector will be the innovational organization completely. (2) the goal of the public sector in the next 10 years is to response to customers’ need and challenged to the public sector because of many rules and regulations. The structure should be simple, flexible, dynamic, easily change. (3) the leaders should have vision and policy clearly in order to analyze the organization strategies, search for opportunity, be ready to change and take risk, (4) the role of human resource must work closely with the top managers, act as strategic partner, work professional, manage pressure, work with others friendly, and use technology efficiency.
