Abstract

      The objective this research 1) To study the role of the agencies involved in the management policy of industrial pollution in Thailand 2)To study the implementation of Thai industrial pollution 3) To study the barriers to policies of Thai industrial pollution 4) Recommendation the effective management of industrial pollution in Thailand. By means of a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research. Quantitative research questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 476 households consisting of a simple random sample of employees and the people who work and live in Samuthprakarn Province. Analyzed by percentage, mean
and standard deviation. Qualitative research data from 33 key informants.  Using in-depth interviews of the executive public, private sector of 13 peoples and Focus group with employees in the plant of 10 peoples and the Samutprakarn’s community 10 peoples. The data were analyzed by the method. Describing the strike and the glimmering.
