Abstract

The objective of this research is to provide suggestions, guidelines, policies or obligations that are suitable and effective in order to prevent and solve out the problems of the caravan boys (motorcycle gangster). According to this, we applied both the theory of qualitative and quantitative research for this project. Therefore, the in-depth interview was applied to be used for government organizations and people who were affected by the caravan boys. Furthermore, we also used the resources from documents and relevant dissertations. Three of the samples were being studied which were the areas of Bangkok, Nakorn Pathom, and Chonburi.

The result of the research found that most of people agreed with the preventive justice that the caravan boys will be sent to the military. 43.27 percent agreed with the measure that parents should spend more with their children. 33.15 percent agreed that the government should provide the racing court that is legalized. 32.71 percent are the opinions of government organizations saying that the best way out is to begin with family institution and the way they nurture their kids. However, the integration of educational department, schools and other relevant institutions should be executed at the same time. Besides, the penalties should also be increased rigorously.
