A Comprehensive Collaborations Framework For Public , Private and Non-Government Sectors during large scale disaster

Abstract

This research article addresses the specific large scale disaster, such as                 the 2011 great flood  in Thailand. The study aims to seek appropriate orchestrated strategic plans, tactical efforts and operational techniques that is critical to bring together those relevant collaborative emergency response operators to work together during chaos situation in Bangkok Metropolitan Region. The concepts and ideas beyond collaborative efforts had been sought through a mixed of qualitative approach, A variety of qualitative methods were used to seek the essential framework for collaborations in crisis or large scale disaster. The ability to pool and share the vital resources is underpinned in all emergency personnel levels. Multi-Agencies may improvise their capabilities by using different framework, Multiple-Sectors dealing with large scale disaster may possess their own ways. One-way direction framework might lead to more appropriate solutions for OMMS (One Mission Multiple Sectors). Eventually, all agencies and sectors dealing with large scale disaster which might happens anytime anywhere in the future will be able to control and direct the situation properly.
