Factors Affecting the Implementation of the Preparedness of the United Defence Policy

Abstract
The article aims to analyze the factors affecting the implementation of the Preparedness of the United Defence policy. The introduction part of the article explains about the development and the current situations of the implementation of the policy, while the second elaborates Grindle’s policy implementation theory, which focuses on two factors to analyze the policy implementation. For the highlight, the policy implementation is discussed by emphasizing content of policy and context of implementation. Furthermore, there is an interview session with the staff of the related organizations for gathering and analyzing data. By analyzing this study finds that: the content of policy affects success and be obstacles to implementation of the policy. On the other hand, the context of implementation, especially both civilian and military organizational capacity and cooperation between them, affects strong integration.
