Development of the Administration of the Village and Urban Community Fund in the Huai Krachao District Area Kanchanaburi Province

Abstract

               Research on the development of management of village and urban community funds in Huai Krachao District, Kanchanaburi Province for study. 1) Successful Village Fund Management Model There are no outstanding debts. Received grade A evaluation results and studied village fund models that were unsuccessful in management. until there is outstanding debt and 2) guidelines for development that will be used to improve the village fund management model unsuccessful to be successful There are no outstanding debts. This research is qualitative research. The main informants used in this study were the chairman of the village fund network at the provincial level, district level, sub-district level, kamnan, village headman, village fund committee chairman. Vice Chairman, Director, Treasurer, Secretary, Treasurer and members, totaling 37 people.

   The results of the study found that From the beginning in 2001, each village fund received the same budget of 1 million baht per fund. When the management factors according to McKinsey's concepts were analyzed, there were findings that Village funds that can be successfully managed Because there is a management process that works in harmony with all 7 factors according to McKinsey's concept. Management is based on strategies as determined by the Village and Urban Community Fund Office. Clearly divided structure Emphasis on teamwork There is a sequence of work steps. From selecting people to work Everyone has the right to vote. Even though the new directors are elected, it will be the same directors. Every director, regardless of position, always has leadership and followership at the same time. The Village Fund Committee and its members work together to achieve the objectives they have set. In addition to internal management factors There are also external factors that affect the success of village fund management, such as environmental factors related to society, economy, and politics. When there are changes in such factors, It will influence the management of village funds as well.
