Abstract
This article is written to introduce and explore the trends of public administration in perspective of western scholar since the early of 21st century. The article demonstrate that public administration and management will continue to change and the emerging predictions will help the public administrator to make decision about new public policy which matter to the public. There are 11 significant trends: governance networks, citizen participation, e-governance, transparency, public-private partnerships: business improvement districts, shape changing of public sector, public management reform, equality, people and organization management, social relevancy and environmental sustainability.
