บทคัดย่อ

The objectives of the case study of Language Usage in Writing Official Letter at ThungYai District Office, Nakhon Si Thammarat were to 1) study language usage in writing the official letter at ThungYai District Office, Nakhon Si Thammarat and 2) study the writing work of the official letter at ThungYai District Office, NakhonSi Thammarat. The case study was conducted by studying the document flow system of the official letter. For the language usage, the study showed that the official letter was written by using formal and clear language. Word usage was appropriate for people and occasions. Moreover, the language was easy to understand for readers. The sentence usage was concise and well transferred. They were not complicated to make reading confusing to the readers. The official letter was written accurately based on Regulations of the Prime Minister's Office about Official Documents B.E. 2526 (1983). For the writing work, the official letter was written accurately based on Regulations of the Prime Minister's Office about Official Documents B.E. 2526 (1983) in the parts of typing style, receiving-sending and filing system. This helped to make more efficient performance in writing the official letter.
