Learning Leadership of Directors Affecting the Being of Learning Organization at Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buengkan

The purposes of this research were to study: 1.the components of learning leadership, 2.the level of learning leadership, 3.the level of being a learning organization, 4.the relationship between learning leadership, 5.the predictive power of understanding leadership, and 6.the development approach of learning leadership. It was a mixed-methods research approach. The sample consisted of 278 administrators and teachers. The research instruments included: 1.the component confirmation questionnaire 2.the research questionnaire 3.The development approach questionnaire. The data collection was divided into 3studying phases: 1.the components of learning leadership 2.the learning leadership and 3.the development approach of learning leadership. The statistical tools were: frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research results were as follows:
1.Learning leadership included team learning integration a learning-friendly environment the use of modern technology in work and creativity.
2.Learning leadership, overall and in each aspect, was at a high level.
3.Being a learning organization, overall and in each aspect, was at a high level.
4.Learning leadership and being a learning organization had a high level of positive relationships.
5.Learning leadership had the power for a learning organization, consisting of 3 variables: creativity, using modern technology in work, and integration.
6.The guidelines for developing learning leadership had 3 aspects: integration, creativity, and using modern technology in work.
