A Study of the Components of Happy Organization in Educational Institutions

This research study aimed to investigate the components of happiness organization development in educational institutions. This qualitative research was conducted through two main procedures 1) synthesis of their happiness organization development of School effectiveness from 10 documents and research sources, selecting components with a frequency of 5 or 50 percent, and 2) an evaluation of the appropriateness of the components of happiness organization by five experts. The research instruments utilized in this study consisted of a document synthesis form and a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire (rating scale). Data was conducted through content analysis, employing statistical methods frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the research were: 1. happiness organization development in the educational institutions comprised of five core components:1) job satisfaction, 2) interpersonal relations, 3) acceptance, 4) livable workplace, and 5) solidarity in the organization. 2. The results of the evaluation of their appropriateness. The components were at the highest level of overall appropriateness. With consideration of each aspect, it was at the highest level in all aspects. The component with the highest mean value was interpersonal relations; the one with the lowest mean value was livable workplace, respectively.
