Abstract

     This research aimed to investigate the needs for developing digital leadership of school administrators of small-sized schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This is a quantitative research study. The sample group used in the research consisted of 36 school administrators and 165 teachers, totaling 201 individuals. Simple random sampling was employed. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and the Priority Needs Index.

            The research findings revealed the needs for developing digital leadership school of administrators in small educational institutions. Regarding the current situation, the aspect with the highest mean is Digital Culture Building, and the aspect with the lowest mean is Digital Citizenship. Concerning the desired situation, the aspect with the highest mean is Digital Culture Building, and the aspect with the lowest mean is Digital Vision. The priority needs index, ranked from highest to lowest, are Digital Citizenship, Digital Literacy, and Digital Culture Building. The lowest priority needs index is Digital Vision, respectively.
