Educational Institution Administration in Digital Era for Educational Institution Administrators of Muang Nadan Group

This research article aims to study the digital-era school administration of school administrators in the frontier city network. This is a quantitative research study. The sample group consisted of 118 individuals, comprising 13 school administrators selected through purposive sampling and 105 teachers selected through simple random sampling. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistical tools employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research findings revealed that the educational institution administration in digital era for educational institution administrators of Muang Nadan Group included five aspects: 1) ICT vision building, 2) school culture building, 3) personnel development, 4) digital leadership development, and 5) information technology management. Overall, the level of digital-era school administration was found to be high.
