Guidelines for Human Resource Development to Promote the Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Organizational Operations

This academic article aimed to: 1) study methods of human resource development; 2) examine the benefits of the artificial Intelligence for the organizational operations; and 3) propose guidelines for the human resource development to promote the application of artificial intelligence in the organizational operations. The proposed guidelines included: 1) analyzing the necessary and raising awareness among organizational personnel for change by considering the evolving environment and its impact on operations, where artificial intelligence plays a role in expediting organizational operations; 2) developing clear organizational vision by reflecting on future expectations and growth, and communicating them with the to personnel to foster engagement; 3) studying and designing the appropriate integration of the artificial intelligence into organizational operations; 4) developing human resources within the organization in the field of artificial Intelligence by enhancing skills, knowledge, abilities, and attitudes towards the use of the artificial intelligence, employing diverse methods suitable for the personnel and resources of the organization; 5) conducting a survey on the application of artificial intelligence in the work processes of the organization; 6) motivating personnel to continuously integrate artificial intelligence into the organizational operations; and 7) evaluating the results of applying the artificial intelligence in the organizational operations.
