Guidelines for Educational Management in the Next Era of Life at the Small Schools Under The Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office

This research aimed to study: 1. the management problems at the small schools in the next era of life in Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, and 2. the management guidelines at the small schools in the next era of life in Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. This research was a mixed methods research approach. The population used in the research consisted of 5 school administrators and 62 teachers, totally 67 people. The research instruments were questionnaires, interview records, and appropriateness assessment questionnaires. Data collection was done by interviewing and answering questionnaires. The statistical instruments used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content validity.
The research results showed the following. 1. The management problems at the small schools in the next era of life in Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office as a whole and in each aspect had a moderate level of the school management problems. 2. The results of the study on the management guidelines at the small schools in the next era of life in Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that in terms of resource management, resource management in the next era had to integrate clear planning, use of technology to increase efficiency, in terms of academic administration, use of technology in communication. The application of technology in communication and monitoring, in terms of networking, allowed educational institutions to provide opportunities for people involved in education to participate in school management, planning and promoting various aspects of school operations.
