The relationship between the involvement of the Committee for Promotion and Development of Learning Management in Educational Institutions and the organizational atmosphere Phayao Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

Abstract

          This research article aimed to study: 1) the level of awareness among personnel regarding the participation of the Committee for Promotion and Development of Learning Management at the educational institutions under the Office of Learning Promotion in Phayao province; 2) the level of awareness among personnel regarding the organizational climate at the educational institutions under the Office of Learning Promotion in Phayao Province; 3) the relationship between the participation of the Committee for Promotion and Development of Learning Management at the educational institutions and their organizational climate This was a correlational research study.

           The sample consisted of 123 personnel from the Office of Learning Promotion in Phayao province, selected by the simple random sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.

           The results of the research showed the following.

1. Most respondents were female, aged between 36 and 45 years, with a bachelor's degree, and work experience ranging from 10 to 20 years.
2. The level of awareness among personnel regarding the participation of the Committee for Promotion and Development of Learning Management at the educational institutions under the Office of Learning Promotion in Phayao province was overall high ( = 4.16, S.D. = 0.69).
3. The level of awareness among personnel regarding the organizational climate at the educational institutions under the Office of Learning Promotion in Phayao province was also overall high ( = 4.35, S.D. = 0.65).
4. The relationship between the participation of the Committee for Promotion and Development of Learning Management at the educational institutions and the organizational climate of educational institutions under the Office of Learning Promotion in Phayao province revealed a very strong positive correlation (r = 0.820), statistically significant at the .01 level.
