The purposes of this quantitative research were: 1. to study the management level according to the quality assurance criteria within standard 2, and 2. to compare the management level according to the quality assurance criteria within standard 2. The sample group in the research included teachers at the educational institutions under the Nakhon Sawan Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Semester 1, totaling 352 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The consistency index value was between 0.60 - 1.00, and the confidence value for the entire document was at the level of .957. Statistics in the research included: 1) descriptive statistics, including percentages, averages, standard deviations. and 2) inferential statistics, including t-test Independent and One Way ANOVA.
The research results showed the following
- Management according to the criteria for quality assurance within educational institutions, Standard 2, Overall and aspect were at high level.
- Results of comparing management, according to the criteria for quality assurance within educational institutions, standard 2, classified by gender, educational level, work experience and size of educational institution, revealed that overall no differences were found. With comparison according to the size of educational institutions, it appeared that in terms of developing teachers and personnel to have professional expertise and in organizing information technology systems to support management and learning management, there was a statistical significant difference at the .01
