Abstract

This research is a documentary analysis of the current senator's duties that affect the changes in government formation of politics in Thailand. The objective is to study the functions of the Senate and the politics of Thailand. Use the form of synthesis and analysis of documents and related research both in Thailand and abroad. Present a qualitative analysis form.


The research found that Senator There are members of category 1, which are from elections and members, and category 2 comes from the appointment, which in the current event comes from this rule that the operation is totally different, considering the constitutional and constitutional laws. Causing changes in the Thai direction that are different from the past With additional authority is to vote to support the Prime Minister Which is wrong with the principle of duty that should be followed in the way of practice in civilized world That should be positive and negative for Thai politics that still have to wait for the time to prove in this time.
