บทคัดย่อ

The objectives of the research were 1) to study knowledge management in the building of community  strength of Sub-Distric Administrative Organization in Phapradeang District, Samutprakarn Province 2) to compare Public opinion on Knowledge Management in The Building of Community  Strength of Sub-Distric Administrative Organization in Phapradeang District, Samutprakarn Province, And      3) The problems, obstacles and suggestions in The knowledge management in the building of community  strength of from Sub-Distric Administrative Organization in Phapradeang District, Samutprakarn Province.

            The research was mixed methods research. The survey sampling, the samplings were  396 from 38,710 persons Sub-Distric Administrative Organization in Phapradeang District. The  data were analyzed by statistics included percentage, mean and standard deviation and test the hypothesis by t-test , F-test , One Way ANOVA and  least Significant Difference : LSD.  While the In-depth Interview of  8 key informants and analyzed by content analysis of the context.
