Students' satisfaction high school students in Pathum Thani province on Chinese language teaching by Chinese teachers

This research aimed to study the satisfaction of high school students in Pathum Thani Province with Chinese language instruction by Chinese teachers and to compare this satisfaction by individual factors. A quantitative study was conducted using a satisfaction questionnaire. A sample of 90 students was selected using a stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected via Google Forms. Descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the data.
The research results revealed that students were highly satisfied with the characteristics of Chinese teachers and teaching activities, particularly with lesson preparation, media use, and content communication. Subject contents and assessment were also at a moderate level. With Comparison of the levels of students, satisfaction was not significantly different, except for teachers' knowledge and skills in creating assessment tools, which showed a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. Gender comparisons revealed the similar satisfaction across all dimensions, except for Chinese listening skills, which differed significantly at the .05 level.
