Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study super leadership of educational institution administrators, 2) to study the quality of educational standards of educational institutions, 3) to study the relationship between super leadership of educational institution administrators and the quality of educational standards of educational institution, and 4) to develop a predictive equation of the super leadership of educational institution administrators influencing the quality of educational standards of schools. This was quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 278 teachers in educational institutions. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and data were collected via Google Forms. Data analysis employed percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

           The research findings revealed that: 1) the overall super leadership of school administrators was rated at a high level; 2) the overall quality of educational standards was also found to be at a high level; 3) the super leadership of educational institution administrators was strongly and positively correlated with the quality of educational standards of schools, with correlation coefficients (r= .901 – .939); and 4) the super leadership of educational institution administrators specifically in facilitating self-leadership through constructive rewards and criticism, fostering a culture of self-leadership, and promoting positive thinking patterns was able to be explained or predicted 90.6% of the variance in the quality of educational standards of educational institutions, with statistical significance at the .05 level. The prediction equations in raw score and standardized score forms were below.
