A Study of the Components Modern Leadership of School Administrators

Abstract

          This research aimed to study the components of modern leadership among school administrators. It was a descriptive research study conducted in two stages. In the first stage, ten research documents and scholarly articles were reviewed and synthesized to identify key components.  In the second stage, the synthesized components were validated by five experts. The research instruments included a document synthesis form and a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the mean and standard deviation.

           The research findings revealed that the modern leadership characteristics of school administrators consisted of four components, all of which were found to be highly appropriate: 1) Idealistic influence, 2) Inspiration, 3) Communication, and 4) Consideration of individual needs.
