Lessons Learned from Administration Success of One District, One Quality School policy under the Office of Uttaradit Primary Education Service Area 1

This qualitative research aimed to: 1) extract lessons learned from the successful educational administration, and 2) analyze the key success factors of educational administration at the schools under the "One District, One Quality School" policy. The key informants consisted of 26 individuals. The research instrument was a structured interview form, and the data were analyzed using content analysis.
The research findings revealed that: 1) the success of educational administration comprised five aspects. In terms of infrastructure and student support systems, the student learning was elevated. Regarding administrators, teachers, and personnel, they demonstrated academic leadership and drove professional development through the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process. In terms of administration, it emphasized participatory networks based on good governance principles. For learning management, it focused on the integration of digital technology. Regarding learners, 21st-century competencies were fostered alongside vocational skills based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy. 2) The key success factors consisted of five aspects: strategic learning ecosystem management and network partnerships; transformational leadership based on empirical data; integrated administration based on good governance principles; active learning and innovative assessment; and the holistic development of learners based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy.
