The Administrative Roles of School Administrators Affecting the Implementation of the Student Support System in the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

This research aimed to: 1) examine the level of administrative roles of school administrators under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4; 2) investigate the levels of implementation of the student support system; and 3) analyze the administrative roles of the school administrators affecting the implementation of the student support system. This study employed quantitative research design. The sample consisted of 291 teachers under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The statistical techniques used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research results were as follows:
- The overall levels of administrative roles of school administrators under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at the highest level (𝑥̄ = 4.65).
- The overall implementation of their student support system was also at the highest level (𝑥̄ = 4.63).
- The administrative roles in terms of promotion and support (β=0.445) and supervision monitoring and evaluation (β= 0.397) significantly influenced the implementation of the student support system at the 0.05 level of statistical significance. These factors were able to predict the implementation of the student support system at 53.20 percent.
