Academic Management Guidelines for Comprehensive Early Childhood Development under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current state of academic management promoting holistic early childhood development, and 2) investigate guidelines for academic administration that support holistic development in early childhood under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This study employed a mixed-methods research design. For the quantitative phase, data were collected via questionnaires from a sample of 155 participants and analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The qualitative phase involved in-depth interviews with 3 key informants, with data analyzed through content analysis.
The findings revealed as below
1) Regarding the academic management state for holistic early childhood development, the development of educational quality assurance systems was implemented at the highest level, followed by educational supervision.
2) The proposed guidelines for academic management, promoting the holistic development in early childhood encompass 7 key dimensions (1) academic planning, (2) school curriculum development, (3) instructional management, (4) measurement, evaluation, and credit transfer, (5) educational research for quality enhancement, (6) development of educational quality assurance systems, and (7) educational supervision.
