This study employed a quantitative research approach. The sample consisted of 314 participants. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and data were collected through the administration of this questionnaire. Data analysis included the use of percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
The research findings found that
1) The factors affecting general administration in the digital era were, overall, at a high level.
2) The effectiveness of general administration in the digital era was, overall, at a high level.
3) Regarding the relationship between the factors and effectiveness, the results of the standard regression analysis revealed that all five administrative factors had a positive correlation with the effectiveness of general administration in the digital era of educational institutions at the .01 level of statistical significance.
4) Stepwise multiple regression found that regression equation was = 0.943+ 0.247 ( ) + 0.237( ) + 0.108( ) + 0.182( ) and standardized score was = 0.294(Z1) + 0.279(Z5) + 0.138(Z2) + 0.220(Z3)
