The objective of this qualitative research was to study and evaluate the components of the school administrators' empathy skills. The study was conducted in two phases: 1) a synthesis of research components on school administrators' empathic skills published between 2019 and 2024, from which components with a frequency of 6 or 60% were selected; and 2) an evaluation of the suitability of these empathy skill components by five experts. The research instruments included a document synthesis form and a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings revealed four components of school administrators' empathy skills: 1) understanding personnel, 2) fostering personnel development, 3) building relationships between administrators and personnel, and 4) perceiving personnel's perspectives. All identified components were found to be at the highest level of suitability.
