Abstract

          This research aimed to study: 1) the level of factors. 2) the level of implementation by the national standard for early childhood development 2019. and 3) the factors affecting the implementation of the national standard for early childhood development 2019. It was a quantitative research approach. A sample consisted of 136 directors of the education division/acting, educators, and teachers. A questionnaire was used as a research tool. Statistical instruments for the data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.

           The results of the research found that 1) the level of factor was high (equation= 4.33, S.D. = 0.39). 2) The implementation by the national standard for early childhood development 2019 was at high level (equation= 4.25, SD. = .43). 3) The factor in the quality of teachers was at a high level (β = 0.318) and the management child development center was at a high level (β = 0.342). Significantly affecting the implementation of the national standard for the early childhood development 2019 at the .05 level, these two variables together predicted 43.50 %.
