Abstract

          The research objectives were: 1) to study the attitude of Bang Rak District Office personnel towards human resource management development; 2) to compare demographic factors and the attitude of Bang Rak District Office personnel towards human resource management development; and 3) to study the relation between motivation factors and the attitude of Bang Rak District Office personnel towards human resource management development. The research employed a quantitative research methodology and collected data from Bang Rak District Office personnel, using a questionnaire. The statistics instruments were percentage, mean, S.D., t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s Moment Product Correlation.

           The results were as the following. 1) Overall, the attitude of Bang Rak District Office personnel towards human resource management development was at the high level. 2) The different demographic factors such as years of working, income level had different attitude of Bang Rak District Office personnel towards human resource management development at the statistical significance level of 0.05. Also, 3) motivation factors had a relationship with the attitude of Bang Rak District Office personnel towards human resource management development at the statistical significance level of 0.05.
