The Relationship between Visionary Leadership of School Administrators and the Core Competency of Teachers under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

This research study aimed to: 1) investigate the visionary leadership of school administrators, 2) study the core competencies of teachers, and 3) study the relationship between the visionary leadership of school administrators and the core competencies of teachers. This was a quantitative research approach. The sample group consisted of 302 teachers from the Trang Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in the 2024 academic year. Research tools were the visionary leadership questionnaire for the school administrators, and the research of the core competencies questionnaire for teachers. The statistical instruments used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient.
Research findings revealed that: 1) the visionary leadership of the school administrators, overall, was at a high level. 2) The core competencies of teachers, overall, were at a high level. Also, 3) the Relationship between the visionary leadership of the school administrators and the core competency of the teachers was highly positive (r = 0.752**), and was statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
