This research study aimed to: 1) study happy workplace of educational institutions and 2) compare opinions of teachers towards happy workplace based on gender, educational background, and work experience. Quantitative research format. The study selected 276 research samples through a simple random sampling method, which involved drawing lots. A sixty-item questionnaire with a reliability value of .981 was utilized. The data were analyzed by statistical software package. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA.
The research findings revealed that: 1) the happy workplace of educational institutions, both holistic and individual aspects, was at a good level; and 2) the opinions of teachers with different genders and different work experiences towards the happy workplace of educational institutions, both holistic and individual aspects, were not different. The opinions of teachers with different educational background towards happy workplace of educational institutions were holistically not different. However, it was different in the individual aspects at the significance levels of .05.
