Relationship between Management Factors and the Success of NFE Subdistrict 5 D Premium Operations of Chiang Rai Provincial Office Learning Encouragement

Abstract

          This research aimed to 1) study the management factors of Chiang Rai Provincial Office Learning Encouragement. 2) study the success of implementing NFE Subdistrict 5 D Premium operations of Chiang Rai Provincial Office Learning Encouragement, and 3) study the relationship between management factors and the success of NFE Subdistrict 5 D Premium operations of Chiang Rai Provincial Office Learning Encouragement. This is quantitative research. A sample of 186 people was used. The instruments used were the management factor level questionnaire and the success level questionnaire of NFE Subdistrict 5 D Premium operations. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.

           The research results found that 1) the overall level of management factors was at the highest level, 2) the overall level of success of NFE Subdistrict 5 D Premium operations was at the highest level, and 3) the management factors and the success of NFE Subdistrict 5 D Premium operations were positively related at a moderate level with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
