The Study Relationship between Strategic Leadership and Educational Management of Administrators at Private Charitable Schools in Chiang Rai Province

This research article aimed to study: 1) the level of strategic leadership, 2) the level of educational management, and 3) the relationship between the strategic leadership of educational administrators and educational management. It was a quantitative research approach. The sample group for this research consisted of 148 teachers from the private charitable schools in Chiang Rai province. The tools used for data collection included a general information questionnaire, a strategic leadership questionnaire for administrators, and an educational management questionnaire. For data analysis, the mean and standard deviation were calculated, along with the Pearson correlation coefficient.
The research showed that the overall strategic leadership of administrators had a high average level (= 4.01, S.D = 0.83). The overall level of multicultural integrated educational management also had a high average level (
= 4.05, S.D = 0.84). Furthermore, the strategic leadership of administrators had a strong positive correlation (r = 0.916) with educational management, statistically significant at the 0.01 level
