Abstract

          This research aimed to 1)study the characteristics of modern educational administrators in Catholic schools under the Infant Jesus Foundation; 2) examine teachers’ performance in Catholic schools under the Infant Jesus Foundation; and 3) identify the characteristics of modern educational administrators affecting teachers’ performance in these schools. It was a quantitative research approach. The sample group consisted of 128 school administrators and teachers from Catholic schools under the Infant Jesus Foundation during the 2025 academic year, selected using stratified random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire, and data analysis involved means, standard deviations, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.

           The research results revealed that 1) the characteristic of modern educational administrators with the highest average rating was determination, while the aspect with the lowest average rating was inspiration. 2) Teachers’ performance in Catholic schools under the Infant Jesus Foundation showed the highest average rating in morality and ethics, while the lowest was in self-development and professional development. 3) The relationship between the characteristics of modern school administrators and teachers' performance in Catholic schools under the Infant Jesus Foundation showed that creativity (X5) in modern school administrators significantly influences teachers' performance, with statistical significance at the 0.05 level and a predictive power of 64.50%.
