A Study of the Components of Work Motivation of Teachers in schools

This research aims to study the work motivation of teachers in schools. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing document and literature reviews. The study consisted of two main steps: 1) reviewing relevant academic and research studies conducted by scholars and researchers from 1959 to 2021, analyzing data from 12 sources, where factors with a frequency of 6 or 50% and 2) evaluating the suitability of these motivational factors through five experts. Research instruments included a document synthesis form, and a questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The findings revealed five work motivation of teachers in schools: 1) career advancement, 2) achievement, 3) recognition, 4) nature of the work, and 5) responsibility. All components were assessed as highly suitable
