The Relationship Between School Administration and Standards of Quality Schools in Sub-districts Under the Office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1

The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study the school administration of Quality Schools in Sub-districts; 2) to study the standards of Quality Schools in Sub-districts; and 3) to study the relationship between school administration and standards of Quality Schools in Sub-districts. It was a Quantitative research approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 186 teachers in the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research instruments composed of personal questionnaires, school administration questionnaires and standards of Quality Schools in Sub-districts questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r).
The results of the research found that: 1) The school administration of Quality Schools in Sub-districts was at a high level (= 4.41, S.D.= 0.65); 2) The standards of Quality Schools in Sub-districts was at a high level (= 4.38, S.D.= 0.67); and 3) The school administration had highly positive corelation with standards of Quality Schools in Sub-districts (r = 0.83) at a statistical significance at level .01.
