Abstract

          This research article aimed to study 1) the administrative process of educational institutions, 2) the arrangement of learning environments, and 3) the relationship between the administrative process of educational institutions and the arrangement of learning environments in medium-sized educational institutions under the Office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1. It used a quantitative research approach. The research sample consisted of teachers at medium-sized educational institutions under the Office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1. By simple random sampling, the instruments used were questionnaires, consisting of the school administration process and the learning environment arrangement. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation.

           The results of the research showed that 1) the overall level of the Administrative Process of the Educational Institution was the highest, with an average of mean = 4.50 and standard deviation = 0.57 2); the overall level of the Learning Environment Management was high, with an average of mean = 4.49 and standard deviation = 0.57 and 3) 3); there was a significant positive correlation between Administrative Process of the Educational Institution and the Learning Environment Management for medium-sized Educational Institutions Chiang Rai Primary Education Area Office 1, with a high positive with statistic significant (rxy = 0.730, P<.01).
