Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affects Sports Excellence Management of Intellectual Disabilities Students Under Office of Special Education Administration School, Group 6

The research article’s objectives were: 1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators; 2) to study sports excellence management of intellectual disabilities students; and 3) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators, affecting sports excellence management of intellectual disabilities students. It was quantitative research approach. The sample consisted of 169 administrators and teachers. The research tools were a general information questionnaire, innovative leadership questionnaire, and a sports excellence management questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research found that: 1) the innovative leadership of school administrators was at a high level; 2) The sports excellence management for intellectual disabilities students was at a high level; and 3) the innovative leadership of school administrators included a risk management aspect, teamwork and participation aspect, and creativity aspect. Moreover, this could predict the sports excellence management for intellectual disabilities students, at 47.10% with statistical significance 0.05.
