The Quality of Work Life Affecting the Performance of Unsecured Loan Employees at Kasikorn Bank, Chaeng Watthana Branch

This research article aimed to study: 1) the quality of work life of employees, 2) the performance efficiency of employees, 3) a comparison of performance efficiency based on personal information, and 4) the impact of work life quality on the performance efficiency of unsecured loan staff at Kasikornbank, Chaengwattana Office. The study employed a quantitative research approach, using a questionnaire as the research instrument. A total of 200 questionnaires were used for data collection. The statistical methods used for data analysis included percentage, mean, t-test, F-test (One-Way ANOVA), and multiple regression analysis.
The findings of the research are as follows: 1) the overall importance level of the quality of work life was rated very high. 2) The overall agreement level regarding performance efficiency was rated high. 3) Personal factors, such as gender, marital status, work experience, and average monthly income, did not show significant differences in the performance efficiency of the unsecured loan staff at Kasikornbank, Chaengwattana Office. However, differences in age, education level, and team affiliation were associated with differences in performance efficiency. 4) The quality of work life significantly influenced the performance efficiency of the unsecured loan staff at Kasikornbank, Chaengwattana Office. Specifically, factors, such as a good and safe work environment, the development of employee potential, career advancement and job stability, social relations, management style, job autonomy, and organizational pride, significantly impacted performance efficiency at the .05 level of statistical significance.
