Abstract

          The purpose of this research was to analyze the characteristic elements of educational institution administrators in the Change Era under Uttaradit Provincial Vocational Education Office. This research was qualitative research. The sample group used in the research consisted of 400 people administrators, teacher and education persons in Uttaradit Provincial Vocational Education Office. This research instruments were the 5 rating scale, where the consistency index value 0.97, factor analysis with EFA form.

           The result of the research showed that the characteristics at the educational institution administrators in the Change Era had five main elements with 40 variables. The first element of knowledge, ability and experience had 13 characteristics with an eigenvalue of 7.909 and a percentage of common variance equal to 19.774. The second element of management and administrative in Change Era had 8 variables with the eigenvalue of 7.183 and the percentage of covariance equal to 17.957. The third element of the development of interpersonal relationship and organization had 8 variables with the eigenvalue of 6.211 and the percentage of covariance equal to 15.528. The fourth element of communication for change had 8 variables with an eigenvalue of 5.504 and the percentage of covariance equal to 13.759. Lastly, the fifth element of development for change had 5 characteristics had 3 variables with an eigenvalue of 9.041 and the percentage of covariance equal to 9.041, as well as the total variance of 76.059 %.
