This research article aimed: 1. to study the condition of the administration educational resources at the small-size schools with acting director, and 2. to find the guidelines for their administration educational resources. The study is mixed-method research with a population of 125 people and 9 interview experts. The research tools included questionnaires and interviews. Statistical instruments for the data analysis included the percentage, average, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results of the research revealed the following. 1) The condition of educational resource management at small-size schools with the acting directors overall was at a high level. The average value was 4.07. 2) The guidelines for managing their educational resources consisted of the following components: personnel management (workforce planning, orientation for new hired employees, and their performance evaluation), financial management (appointed committee of budget expenditure planning and evaluation), materials and equipment management (procurement of supplies and equipment based on the needs and shortages, acquisition of additional outside materials and equipment, and preparation for their distributions), facilities management ( analyses of building use needs by the various agencies, and monitoring and evaluation of their use), as well as technology and information management ( use monitoring and evaluation, educational resource management, and coordination with various network groups.
