Factors Affecting the Innovators of Teachers at the Small Schools under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1

This research aimed: 1) to examine the level of the factors influencing the innovators of teachers at the small schools under the Primary Education Area Office, Phrae District 1;
2) to study their level of the innovators of teachers; and 3) to identify factors affecting them. The study employed a quantitative approach, gathering data from a sample of 175 participants with a questionnaire reliability of 0.95. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The research findings revealed the following. 1) The overall level of factors influencing the innovators of teachers at the small schools under the Primary Education Area Office, Phrae District 1, was at its highest. 2) The overall level of them, was at its highest. 3) Factors influencing them, consisted of four significant factors: social networking, initiative skills, administration (statistically significant at the 0.01 level), and self-motivation (statistically significant at the 0.05 level). These factors were able to collectively explain 76.80% of the variance.
